Make payment at Singapore office, either by cash or cheque
Cheque must be made payable to “The Bay Golf Management Pte Ltd”
Collect course ticket and bag tag upon payment OR
Make payment for both ferry and course ticket at TBGCC Batam Reception

DEPARTURE FROM TANAH MERAH FERRY TERMINAL

• Collect boarding pass, ferry ticket and Tering Bay golf bag tag from Batam Fast counter 
• Write name & date on the bag tag and secure it onto golf bag
• Check in golf bag at the baggage counter at least 30 mins before ferry depart
• Keep all loose items inside the bag
• Golf bag will be sent directly to TBGCC Clubhouse

ON ARRIVAL AT NONGSAPURA FERRY TERMINAL

• Tering Bay staff will be at the ferry terminal to meet up with you
• Hand over passport to our staff for express immigration and inform them of departure time to Singapore
• For visa application (if applicable), hand in US$10 together with your passport
• Our staff will send you to TBGCC Clubhouse
• Passport and return ferry ticket will be handed back to you before departure to Singapore at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal

1) Please remember to bring the course ticket on the date of play and hand it over to TBGCC starter before tee-off.
