• The above rates include green fee, buggy & caddy (twin-share), insurance, government tax and mineral water.
• Fees are not refundable once player has teed off.
• Fees for 9-hole is valid only after 2 pm (Batam time).
• Additional Fees (optional)
  - Buggy & Caddy : S$22
  - Caddy Only : S$11 per caddy per 18-hole (weekends & public holidays)
                          S$7 per caddy per 18-hole (weekdays except public holidays) 
  - Caddy Booking Fee : S$5 per caddy per 18-hole
• Single Supplement Charge : S$11 per pax (applicable on weekends & public holidays.  Waived for Tering Bay members)
• The Management reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.

Adult (12 yrs & above) : S$42 (with return sea port tax, w.e.f. 7 Jan 08)
Children (below 12 yrs) : S$38 (with return sea port tax, w.e.f. 7 Jan 08)
