Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit
- Extra Bed is chargeable at RM 25.00++ per night
- Reservation will be held until 1800hrs unless otherwise noified
- Check-in time is 1300hrs whilst check-out time is 1200hrs
- Rates are subjected of 10% service charge and 5% government tax
- Advance reservation is required and subjected to availability

Terms and Conditions
- The Club reserves the right to re-allocate your function should the need arise.
- The Club reserves the right to release all function room not guaranteed by deposit, unless separate written credit arrangements have been agreed on by both contracting parties.
- The Clubs reserves the right to charge for any damages done to the Club premises or equipment that is caused by any guest attending the function.
- The Club will not be responsible for any damages or loss of items before, during or after the function.
- All deposit paid non-refundable.
- A guaranteed number of guest attending the function and other amendments must be confirmed not later than three (3) working days prior to function date.
In case of cancellation, a written notice must be given to the club at least three (3) working days prior to function date. Otherwise, the Club reserves the right to forfeit any deposit received or charge a cancellation fee of not more than 50% of the total quoted rates.
Any payment made either by cheque or bank draft should be payable to:
(i) Woodman Golf Course Berhad - (Cheque)
(ii) RHB Bank Berhad (Account#21102500056729)-(bank draft)
